If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with any product purchased on our website please let us know and you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. 

Prior authorization is required for a return.  Products returned to us without return authorization can not be accepted.  Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Posh Perfect Skin.
 
If returning an item(s), it is essential for the manufacturer that all parts, pieces and printed materials be included.  Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Posh Perfect Skin, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Posh Perfect Skin or damaged during shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
 
For authorization to obtain a refund, call 1-877-475-1522. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please call Customer Service at 1-877-475-1522.
